Episode 1 - How to keep your thoughts from getting in the way of your intentions.

In this first episode of 2025, the topic is about random thoughts that pop up in the mind and how we automatically attach to them as if they are true.  These thoughts can be - I'm not good enough, I'm afraid, I'm in pain, or there's not enough time, money, or knowledge to move forward with an intention.

They will share some ways to not attach yourself to every thought that shows up in your mind. These limiting thoughts are old patterns wired in the brain that can keep you from moving forward with goals and intentions.
