Hello, I'm Susie! I am a passionate supporter of those living with an autoimmune condition. 

Having been on my own autoimmune re-balance journey since 2008 after entering midlife and being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA). 

I understand firsthand the challenges of living with an autoimmune condition and firmly believe simple daily choices can banish pain, balance the mind, and boost energy!

Through my personal experiences and dedicated research, I've discovered transformative ways to improve autoimmune conditions. 

Which include mind~body awareness, energy medicine, food choices, essential oils, and various other simple alternative practices.

After experiencing remarkable improvements in the autoimmune condition, I began this online business ~ Bloom Autoimmune Mentoring LLC. 

I offer valuable insights and empower other women living with the challenges of an autoimmune condition by guiding them through simple yet powerful daily practices to banish pain, balance the mind, and boost energy.

My background is in management and teaching in the health and beauty field.
